WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This website remains in draft. Feature availability may be limited while setup and verification are completed.
Who is responsible
Wyndham Park Homeowners Association (WPHOA) administers this website and its resident records. DonOra Global LLC develops the website and may access information only when authorized for technical support. DonOra Global LLC does not decide HOA membership, dues, or association policy.
Information and purposes
When resident signup is available, the form collects name, optional spouse name, address, email, mobile number if provided, separate text-message and Facebook preferences, and whether the submission is a registration or update request. Submission times, review status, privacy acknowledgment, preference changes, and administrative audit records support HOA administration, community communication, accuracy, and security. Do not submit bank details, Social Security numbers, or sensitive personal information.
Access and service providers
Resident information is not a public directory. Authorized administrators can review and manage records and exports; public-content editors do not receive that access. Vercel hosts the website and private uploads, Neon provides database storage, and Brevo is being configured for transactional email. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Technical support access is limited to authorized work. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect legal rights. Resident information is not sold or used for advertising.
Technical data and cookies
Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error information. Signup spam protection uses short-lived keyed identifiers derived from IP addresses. Administrator authentication uses necessary cookies. The website does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics. External websites, including Facebook, banks, and the developer website, have their own privacy practices.
Communication choices
Text and Facebook preferences are separate and are not preselected. Submitting the form does not automatically send texts, enroll you in marketing, or add you to a Facebook group. Facebook requires its own membership request and approval. When enabled, submission notifications contain a secure administration link rather than the full resident record. Contact the HOA to change preferences or stop optional community communications.
Retention, security, and requests
Information is kept while needed for HOA administration, security, or applicable legal obligations. Archived records remain private. Deleted information may remain in existing backups until those backups expire. Access controls and private storage reduce risk, but no system can guarantee complete security. Contact the HOA to request access, correction, or deletion; identity verification may be required, and legal or operational obligations may limit deletion. Applicable legal rights are not waived by this policy.
Children and changes
This website is intended for adult residents and HOA representatives, not children under 13. Do not submit information about children. Contact the HOA if you believe a child has supplied information. Policy changes will be posted with a revised date; any notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided before materially different use of existing information.
