THANK YOU to Gwinnett County Department of Transportation for removing the dangerous "HOA" trees from the front and maintaining the lawns.
(makes you wonder where your dues have been going for 30-years if the front belongs to the County? It's probably just a coincident that Rachel, Karen, and Joyce all now have new cars)
THE HOA WAS DISSOLVED ON AUGUST 23, 2023, BY THE GA SECRETARY OF STATE- DO NOT PAY DUES.

KAREN used the HOA funds to buy herself Chick-fil-A, Publix, and Kroger, and to maintain her own home and landscaping. Both Rachel and Karen also used the HOA funds to pay their HUSBANDS and relatives.
